2024 “light” rework ballot
This addressed various challenges that members of the committee / working party and would-be users raised from May 2024 in light of strong intent expressed by Nadcap.
An attempt was made to make minimally invasive changes, such that the document was more basically usable. However, a number of comments and negative ballots were found persuasive, to the effect that, while good, this was not sufficient benefit to merit publication; a major rework of the document was needed.
