Periodically my heart rate jumps up to 100 bpm up to maybe 110 bpm. It will stay at that level for an extended period of time; upwards of an hour sometimes. What is very strange is that I may or may not have been doing anything active at the beginning, but most definitely even when I stop being active the heart rate sits at that level for a longer time.

1256: getting ready to go. Was putting my shoes on. It looks like my heart rate from under 90 to 102 and it looks like it’s now stuck there. I am starting this up as I was getting getting ready to go and I’ll let it run now till I get to the Infusion area.

1324: I stopped and restarted the workout when I got to the parking lot at the clinic. That allow me to also observe how my heart rate behaved walking into the clinic. Along the way I stopped on the fourth floor and sat down and use the toilet before going up to the sixth floor. I stopped the workout when I was seated in the clinic. Those two items are in the Heart variability data page for September 3.

Heart rate stuck again

********

289 Cal:

had lunch and cooked pork chops on the grill.

179 Cal:

sitting at the deck table with Nancy eating a pork chop. The key thing is just sitting quietly.

422 Cal(1507-1641):

went in and laid down on the blue couch for 30 minutes to see if that would slow down my heart rate.

NOTE: As soon as I laid down it dropped to 100. Now it is stuck there even though I am still laying down.

After more than an hour, it still wasn’t really down to 70. So I just sat up and sitting on the couch five minutes to see where the heart rate goes immediately jumped back up to 100! Leaning forward, resting my elbows on my thighs.

248 cal:

1654: walked upstairs. Then sat in room chair. Took a nitro and waited five minutes.

1701:

walked downstairs. Walked into the family room and have sat down on the blue couch. Sitting upright. In a little bit, I will put my sock on my right leg. Perhaps after a five minute wait to establish heart rate level.

1710:

putting on sock. Still sitting on the edge of the blue couch in the family room.

1717:

socks and pants are now on. I’m still sitting on the blue couch but leaning back against the back resting comfortably. My heart rate had reached I believe I think 112 during the putting on the sock. I see leading back it’s already dropped to 105. We will see where it stabilizes in the next five minutes.

Chatted with Nancy while sitting here.

54 cal (1739):

final test. Will remain sitting on the blue couch for five more minutes then walk into the theater chest in the entryway for five minutes then walk up the steps and sit upstairs for five minutes. Call that done.

1745:

headed to entryway. Paid pill bill along the way.

1748: sat down on the blanket chest.

1751: heading upstairs.

1752:

arrived in the upstairs bedroom. Just sat down in the maroon chair. Set my timer for five minutes.

82 cal: 1755:

Forgot to start workout last time. So I’m sitting in the maroon chair a few more minutes. Then I’ll go downstairs. Sit down there and then come up.

Aargh!!

18:02: headed downstairs

18:08:

headed upstairs. Arrived in the upper bedroom and once again sat down in the maroon chair.

ECG/Ab

********

This ECG was done in care suites after my ablation. It clearly shows that I am A paced and V paced..

I understand that the very narrow spikes are when the pacemaker fires. When there are two in one interval, I understand them to be the A pacing and the V pacing. When there is only one is that signal for the A pacing or for the V pacing?

ECG/Aa

This ECG was done using my I watch. I was seated at the kitchen table. It was shortly after I had done my cycle ride.

There are small, tiny little distortions, roughly in the middle of each beat interval. Is that from my pacemaker? If so, do I know whether it’s to pace the atrium or to pace the ventricle?

This is from my 250607 exercycle ride. For this ride I did the "2 bows" move at the beginning of each of the 3 phases of the test; initial rest, biking, cool down.

Nancy and I walked around the pasture in the back. We sat at the bench at the lake briefly. On a return, we walked up the hill path and then around to the house. It went very well.
